The documentary Catherine’s Eyes, directed by Mennatullah Khalid, explores the Jeballia family, who have lived and worked at Saint Catherine's Monastery in Sinai, Egypt, for generations. This monastery is renowned as the world's oldest continuously inhabited Christian monastery.
